After Wedding Portraits-Jenna and Husband

My daughter is married! I did hire a photographer to photograph the wedding, but as a photog it was killing me to not have a camera in my hand shooting the beautiful couple, but I loved being  just Mom. Ok the real story is my husband locked my camera in the car the day of  (in Seattle), smart man.  The plan was for me to meet the couple at Cave B Inn and Winery after the wedding for some portraits.  Hey it is a win, win!

I almost hate to admit this is my wedding dress and veil.  Jenna chose to be married in my dress.  It really was touching and very sweet, but I have to say the 80’s style is really dated.  I totally scored on the veil, it is timeless.

The neckline  is beautiful and our new son in law is quite handsome also.

I laugh every time I see this image.  This is the same face Jenna made everyday of her childhood as I brushed her hair.  I am so glad it know that I was not a mean Mom, Son in Law is having trouble also.

No, I did not photoshop this sky into the picture, it is what it was, amazing.  There are advantages to living out in the middle of farm land.

I love this image.  As a photog I get all excited when I rock an image.  For me this image “Rocks”!!

In to the cave we go….this really is a cave with lights on the rocks.  It is dark and really cool.

Sharing the things I love, photography with the people I love is amazing.  I loved spending time creating images that will hang on my daughter and husband’s wall.  Thanks for letting me share this honeymoon time with you.  May you always have love and happiness.
